Using the WP-Prettyphoto plugin for Wordpress

Could you please share the exact code parameters for wp-prettyphoto iframe set up. I have been trying to get this to work in my template with no luck. This is the iframe markup under settings ..youtube won't alllow paste in the code

When you go to add your gallery, is that a plug-in? I've been trying to use nextGen gallery but I don't have the same interface - when you import to a page, where it says "Gallery Settings" there is nothing, not finding the ability to link to file as you show here.
