  • I wish I could've lived in the time of Marilyn Monroe and all the other classic Hollywood beauties... They all had such class and grace. This is so good too :)

  • Everyone is an expert. Just enjoy this is history

  • She's living in a material world and she's a material girl.

  • and lindsay lohan thinks she's our generations marilyn monroe.

  • MM was the most intriguing woman ever created---

  • @addalexand No.

  • marilyn, you lucky bastard! :D

  • She ate that!!!

  • Why do the other girls have netting over their faces o.o

  • Love Marilyn Monroe in this movie! Especially towards the end with her short monologue with the father.

  • Artiste complète...J'adore !

  • I feel bad for the darling brunettes holding up the chandeliers throughout this. That's stamina for you!

  • Marilyn could really look great in those postmodern colours: pink and lilac

it's something surreal about the colours in this excellent film!

  • Cudo

  • Does anyone know if this is norma jeans natural voice???? Modern days celebrities don't play that lip synch shit! They keep it real the way it should be!!!!

  • @bisexualbuffthug It's mostly her voice. The high notes, beginning/end are Marni Nixon. It's pretty easy to tell the difference once you're looking for it. And modern celebrities don't "keep it real" unless you count auto-tune and tons of voice processing/filtering "keeping it real." I prefer that "lip synch shit" myself to actresses sounding like a computer.

  • so beautiful! I love the costumes, the dance, the color :"> so classic!

  • 2:04 holy crap that was jarringly morbid!

  • the colours! watch the colours!

  • one of my friends said that she was a prositute? is that correct?

  • diomands are a girls best friend and i know it i live with tons of them

  • Remember, Marilyn was not materialistic. This is the kind of role which made people treat her like a joke. In a way, we are applauding the very image that destroyed her. She was a poetic soul who was taken advantage of in the most dire way.

  • The times haven't changed too much. Get those diamonds girls...lol!

  • The actress of today are so manly and anti-feminine. They think that they will get some self respect acting like men. They have no glamour and shine!!! Actress like Marilyn are so beautiful and classy..... a truly and real legend.....

Miss so much golden era of movies!!!

  • That's amazing!! I completly agree!! Actresses were soo glamourous back then!!

  • Don't even compare the so called stars of today to the classic ones. They were gorgeous and they will never be the same!!!

  • Agreed, they had CLASS, they were so glamorous, they had self respect and a little thing called dignity, they didn't cause public drama to get publicity or had public meltdowns, they were real woman, they had poise and manners, so sad I don't live in those times...

  • @xXGaticaXx Marilyn Monroe had class? Have you ever even seen her in Some Like it Hot? Her dresses barely coverd her nipples.

  • You're going to say she didn't have class because of the wardrobe she wore for a roll? at least she wasn't stepping out of cars flashing her bits to everyone.

  • @xXGaticaXx Sure some actresses do deliberately seek attention for stuff apart from their acting but rags like Heat, Closer and other celebrity gossip publications didn't exist or if they did they weren't as full blown as they are today, they still had divorces and emotional turmoil (Marilyn Monroe being a prime example of emotional turmoil) but people didn't consider it their right to know all about it, look at what happened to Princess Diana, she died trying to escape paparazzi.

  • @xXGaticaXx haha actually I think it was more of a Image thing. I'm sure they had they're dirty little secrets, they just kept it in private lol. Class they did have, they still do nowadays, you just don't see it in less privileged parts of American.

  • @xXGaticaXx You should really read marilyn monroe's biography before saying this

  • @mrstwilight18 You're so right. Marilyn Monroe became famous for being infamous. Before she was the highlight of the silver screen, she modeled for "soft core porn" as Miss Golden Dreams. She was also labeled a slut from her three-way relationship. Her mother was in a mental hospital and it's said Marilyn liked to cause scenes on set from her mental fits she'd go through. As classic as she is, she was not as perfect as her pretty face and had many battles with both publicity and herself.

  • Marilyn, a timeless elegant beauty...a true blonde princess. unfortunately these days her kinda appeal wouldn't be appreciated, as brunette girls like megan Fox have changed the notions of beauty..sad news for all us blondes out there lol!!!

  • Sorry to break it to you but she had to change her hair under her contract...she was, as she described her hair, a "mousy" brunette...She was platinum blonde when she was little, but as she grew older, her hair got darker...

  • @83Brokenwings I'm not sure you are aware of this but her hair is dyed. Her hairs is actually reddish-brown. Fail........

  • Tiffany's!

     -shake shake-

    Cartier!

    -shake shake-

    haha!

  • Wow!!! eternal

  • wow she was so hot. thats beauty

  • adorable performance

  • Just immortal, I LOVE this performance so much. :D :D

Plus, Marilyn's so cute during the whole "No" part at the beginning. :D :D <3
