No mine is not supercharged and i have no idea if its been tuned or not. i got the car in october. yea i no how to do the traction and stuff but i also noticed that your brake light was on in yellow and not red. see what my problem is that out of no where the traction light and brake light come on in yellow and i have no idea why. i got my car code read at this place but it obviously didnt work lol. i live in ny

Is your car supercharged or tuned? What state are you in? Did you get a code reader? You can buy a code reader to get the code for it.
Mine was on because I had switched traction control off. You can switch traction control on and off. When you switch it off the yellow light appears which is normal.

There is no need to lie fool. I bought the car new from Shelly BMW. Technik and ESS worked on my car. You can do a search on Bimmerfest if you like and also do a search on e46fanatics if you like. Everyone knows my car. The 2003 model 330i Peformance package is basically the ZHP model. It uses a different ECU that had the problems with 4000 RPM dip.
The ZHP was tuned so obviously the limiter was removed. What did you expect it to top off at 155 MPH?? LOL.. Stock it easily did 155 MPH. This car is putting down around 330 RWHP!
