Um, that Sagat knows everything about safe jumps...it's just difficult to determine at times, when a jump is safe. Atleast that Sagat was able to confirm his dp and FADC backwards since it didn't hit, though it seems like Claw can punish it anyway.

I wouldn't say that Masatsugu is one of the best Sagats. Mago, Ojisan Boy, Hishou, Bon-chan, RF, Akua, Rikuson, Pie, Maa-kun When I'm thinking "one of the best Sagats", he's not even on my list.

He's third tier IMO. Second tier would be people like CYGNUS, Eetoro, Hanamaruki, Shinya, AOI, Chiba, Ameriken, etc.

Of course this is just from watching videos. There's a lot of others out there that I probably don't know about that are also better than Masatsugu. (Radiowave where is he now?)
