The red flickering ghost is a power-up, not a bug. as CSK2E stated, It allows you to switch places with the ghost if you hit (i'm pretty sure its) R
It wears off if you take a hit, and it also can only be used once per clone-bubble (not sure if thats what you would call it, but thats what I am calling it!)
EPIC FAIL. It certainly is a big waste of money.

Level 7 is not a bug.Press L or R (I forget) then you can transfer to the ghost's position!
