  • Tradition says that David brought the head of Goliath back to Jerusalem and it was buried outside the gates, the place of the skull, perhaps it was right under Christ's crucifiction stake.

  • That is NOT a picture of Golgatha... I've been there and that's not it. That is a photoshop version of a picture of a skull superimposed over a cliff. I know cause I'm a photoshop artist. Folks look to the right and click on the one called... "The conclusion. Garden Tomb of Jesus"... then find Episode one from there... and see not only the real Golgatha but the real Garden tomb. Fascinating! Wonderful! What awesome proof of our Lords crucifixion place and burial.

  • @carolLDickinson Your comment makes it obvious that you didn't listen, at all, to what I said in the video.

  • Awesome picture and experience. Would love to see the picture! Do you have it on any other web site like Facebook? Let me know. Thanks! :)

  • @CaptVideo2008 No, I don't currently have it posted anywhere online but I'll let you know if I do. Thanks!

  • I have been in Jerusalem, and I saw the mountain where Jesus died, but I never saw this skeleton.

  • @Hans021220 That's because it is a double exposure with a skull found at the ruins of pompey.

  • 1:51 Who's Phil you ask? That is one cool picture!!

  • Yeah, I guess I was thinking of you when I made this vid.

  • Cool picture and vid...but honestly I wanted to push the girl out of the swing because the noise was driving me insane. haha

  • How very kind of you. She's sitting right next to me reading your comment as I received it.

My question to you is, how do you like swimming? Everyone like swimming, right? How about swimming with weights?

And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

    (Mark 9:42)

  • it must feel so good to walk where jesus walked

  • Yes, it was great. I wish I could go back.

  • Not only was that a great idea, but you executed it perfectly, too! You know, with digital photography and Photoshop, that would be really easy to do. But to do it with film (not being able to see how things line up) is absolutely amazing!

I can't imagine people passing by there without a second thought.

I won't get into a KJB-only discussion on this video... I'll just say the differences are noted and I'll look into it. :)

  • Wow, I haven't seen this video in a while and had no idea it had so many views! Not many star ratings however...

As a photographer I really appreciate your insight into how amazing this photo is. I don't remember if I stated it clearly enough here... The circumstance of this photo is a very personal revelation that this is the site, PRESERVED by God, where Christ gave the ultimate sacrifice.

  • ya you oughtta upload that somewhere .. twitpic or devianart or something, or enter it in a photo contest or something

  • That's s a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.

  • Aweson picture man.

  • You are very much welcome brother...God bless...

  • Just got my DSL working. Hope this is the one: Job 1:21; Eccle. 5:19; Matt. 13:11-12; John 6:37-39;10:28-29;16:22.

  • Thank you. Those are excellent Scriptures. I'll post them here.

    Job

1 21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

    Ecclesiastes

5 19 Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.

  • Matthew

13 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. 12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

    Amen!

  • John

6 37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

  • John

10 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

    John

16 22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

  • Matthew 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

This verse is missing from many new mauscripts and in the NIV and other versions. There are also about sixty other verses missing. GO KJB!

  • That's right and yet many folk don't seem to think that's an important issue, unfortunately.

  • Oh yeah, I noticed another thing about new age versions. In the title for Jesus: "Son of man" in the new version it's "Son of Man." Notice, "Man" is capitalized. I don't know if it's on purpose, but it looks like they're trying to praise man more than God.

  • Rom:10:17: So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

2Pt:1:19: We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

20: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

21: For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

  • I like your "Related Videos" Also like the photo.

    John

19:17 And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:

  • I'm a photographic expert trained by the New York Institute of Photograpy - the oldest and largest school of photography in the world, an ex-professional photographer, have photographed and been on stage with celebrities, exposed thousands of frames of negative, color reversal (slide), and B & W filmS. I've examined photographs of this place and have seen nothing that implies the skull is not shadow on rock determined by form, not chance or imagination. It's real. Good job.

  • Really cool photograph.

  • Im with you, I have been checkin out the other Bibles''' Well, Im glad I have my kjv. You know what? I found out that I have been reading my kjv, longer than most of these others have been around. I want All of Gods word! Cool picture.
