I actually kinda like the graphics. Imagine if they pulled a uncharted 2 on the wii, releasing shitty graphics. When you take into consideration, the graphics are good, referencing the cartoon ghostbusters.

heres the sucky thing too, is i got the xbox 360 version and i was going to do game play videos of that, but they keep getting taken down because of viacom. not only that, but the ps3 version only runs at 720p and uses textures that are half resolution, so it wont look as sharp.

its a completely different game, i just finished beating the xbox 360 version and its a whole new ball park. to me the xbox 360 was more enjoyable, and i was able to beat it in 2 sessions, there's almost no puzzles to solve in the xbox 360 version and theres to me it was a lot quicker to catch ghosts. the detail in the levels on the xbox 360 version look phenomenal. its really worth it to play both of them even if you only rent.

I must say that I like the X360/PS3 version better... But this doesn't look bad at all! It's an example of adapting to the system's limitations and capabilities to improve the experience instead of downgrading graphics and butchering gameplay (like Alone in the Dark... that game sucked).

I was mearly refring to the fact that in no ghostbusters anything including the 'real' Ghostbusters cartoon does the proton stream turn blue wen its a capture stream. I dont mind the cartoon graphics, but I hate when they do stuff like that. And tbh this game is far inferior to the ghostbusters game on the PS3 and 360 in many respects. Not saying its a bad game but its not nearly as good.

thats because to compare the 2 is to compare apples and oranges both are round both are fruit, both delicious, but in the end they taste different, they look different, and feel different, does that make then bad, no. if there is a comparison to be made, it more fair, to compare the xbox 360 version to the ps3 and pc vesion and the wii to the ps2.

thats perfectly fine, it really gets to be when people compare apples or oranges, and then say that one sucks. its about your preference and what you want as a consumer, not about what system is better. i hoped when posting these videos that there would be a lot of comments reminiscent about the good old day of the ghostbuster and the movies, but instead sparked a all out console fanboy war in these comments and that sucks. if someone cant say something nice they really shouldn't say it at all.

does it just go black or blue and say that? because it could be a problem with your disc or drive, or if you have it modded it could be a problem with the softwood you have installed. or there's a chance your disc might be defective, sometimes it happens where a disc is made bad, i would give Nintendo a call and see what help they can provide.

The resolution isn't that big of a problem, it's the ability to pump out polygons. The Wii just isn't as powerful as the 360. It's a good system, but it just can't handle the graphical requirments of the 360 or PS3 version. If it was a matter of resolution it would just be a bit fuzzier, not as sharp, but no they had to redue the graphics with lower poly count so that it could run in the Wii. hell they redesigned levels due to memory limitations. I own both versions BTW 360 and Wii.

I love the cartoony style they've gone with! I dunno why. I just think it really suits the game! It sucks that in the UK we have to wait until November for the Wii version to come out. I guess I could get the PS2 version.

In more seriousness, the same developer that made the wii version made the ps2 version. Sony wants to phase out the ps2, so they can sell more ps3 games.

This is why you are seeing less and less ps2 games releasing. Towards the end of 2010, the ps2 will be unsupported. Sony wants to focus all of its assets on the ps3
