Also Vegan or Vegetarianism is good for planet, less methane emissions from cattle stock. Also you don't need to transport these cattle in huge trucks burning tons of fossil fuel.

Also we are not exposed to the steriods, anti-biotics, arsenic and other drugs which are given to cattle(including pig, chicken).

Great message. I heard that Swamiji has left for heavenly abode. In his own teachings, there is nothing as death, just a change of form. But for a mortal like me, it makes me sad, because great souls like him are not many. One can see love in his eyes.
