these are really good examples.. but they are probly used to floating........... and just go in.. my horse hates the float.... cuz someone flipped her on the float when she was reall young... so now she wnt go in.. :(
heyy i do the same thing bi=ut kinnda different bt one of mine go on but the other one he just stops at the tailgate and there on doent move and we have been trying 4 6months stright everyday training to get him on but his not getting any better have you got any ideas????
Sorry 'thathorsescourtney' there is no wrong and there is no 'supposed to'. Find a training method that you are comfortable with and use it. IF you train both horses properly, they know what is happening and do not get spooked. Training is the key. If you have one person who needs to float two horses, they cannot go on at the same time. If you have two people sure it can be done at same time but not essential when trained. From years of experience I can say this works safely with no spooking.

If only all horses were trained like this. Obviously more ways than one to get the job done but this is good.
