the little girls car seat is expired time to throw it away and buy a new one car seat over 5 years old are not safe buy a new one

How old is he? He looks old enough to understand the concept of danger. Just tell him about the dangers of an accident. He should understand that and the need for his seat straps to be safe. Tell him that's how the race car drivers wear it.

they are adorable.... I can't tell about the little girl but the little boy has his chest clip too low. It needs to be at his armpits to be effective in a car accident.
