@lucerfarul I like your idea of cutting the defense budget, but it is a mistake to add this funding to other areas of govt. It will just waste the money. Instead, make deep cuts in ALL areas of govt, pay back debt, and reduce taxes, so people can pay for their own education, arts, literature etc. The people as a whole make much better decisions about how to spend money than politicians do, even if individual people often make bad choices.
