This is terrible. It only leads to disaster within society. And this being an inspiration for the youngsters at school, to become "russ", or what ever the heck they call it, rather than to study something. This is a very terrible start of their life. most of them sucks at school so they cant apply for higher education and later those that are really interested in higher education, had to go back to collage again at the cost of their own ignorance at first.
