Her hands are perfect. Alot of people just put there hands so low you think thats how they should be. but when you do Prix St George, your hands will be higher too. (Sorry if that sounded rude :)
You should form a straight line from elbow hand to the horses mouth. She is not, and her hands are not, perfect, they are too high and stiff. It doesn't matter which trainer told you that, if you break the line between elbow/hand/mouth, you block the horse at the read end. That's not to say that she doesn't ride well, just that it's something she needs to work on!
