Not only Peter O'Toole but Leslie Phillips and Richard Griffiths are also the good actors too I like every scene that they're together, talking about anything they've found (on the newspaper page or whatever) and that dancing scene[Maurice and Iian] I think it's touching one, It's not easy to write the script like this, the old man story's quite hard to imagine especially in the mental thing, the writer's really talented! I love this film so much- - too bad it's not quite popular,

I love Peter O'Toole. Period. If there was any right in this world, he would be the happy owner of 8 academy awards.

when he was humming in the mirror, i thought he it was the lawrence of arabia theme, it sounded eerily familiar.

Peter O'Toole should of won the oscar he was nominated for with this film...shame...he wanted it to finish his career...
