mexico's group in 1986 world cup must have been rigged by fifa, because if you check the groups on fifa's website, you will find that mexico only got 1 european team in their group, whereas some groups had 3 european teams. I don't think thats possible if fifa divide teams from each continent evenly between the groups, in other words mexico should have got either 2 or 3 european teams.
