Okay, musically, I personally like the first two versions of kakugo better than this one, but I haven't seen the 3rd season of this show yet (couldn't find any episodes with english subs or dubs yet), and this is he first time I heard it...but this version is much more unsettling and the pictures are much more detailed and disturbing.
one of my favs of the mitsuganae ost
all 3 seasons of jigoku shoujo are just amazing and it's become my fav anime above all others ^_^
