It's pure Portuguese, not Spanish. It sounds kinda fake because voice actor is using an overdramatic, over emphatic, overly literal tone.

And Language can't really be bastardized, if that's the case English is a bastardization of Saxon, and Spanish is a bastardization of Latin etc...
