Please don't learn yoga from these self-proclaimed, pseudo-experts. To be a real yoga master, one requires at least 30 years of sadhana (hard work). Today, only Baba Ramdev is that kind of yoga teacher. Type his name in youtube and you will see what is the real power of yoga.

Buddha great example.. some in 9 years.. some in 20.. some in 50... some in 30 hehe.. the only difference is your intensity and effort you put into your practice.
