Randy did sleep with Sharon. It was in 81. Ozzy was still married to his first wife. Randy and Sharon were hanging out at Sharon's house and they both got drunk and spent the night with each other. Sharon wrote about it in her book.

Yep. When Randy left Quiet Riot Kevin renamed his band Dubrow. When Randy and Rudy were off on BOO break they played a show eith Kevin and his band. Kevin's guitarist at the time had a Dean and he played it. Also that isnt the only dean he played. There is a picture of him playing a Razorback I belive.

One of the things I loved about RR, was his larger than life approach to playing. He was above and beyond most players of the day, in that his style was VERY 'symphonic'. He was an articulate, stylistic, technical player who combined bombastic chords with mind blowing runs and scales. Those were great years for rock guitar!
I saw Randy live with 'Blizzard Of Ozz' during that tour back in '81 (I think it was) at The Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ... 3rd row!!!!!!! Motorhead opened for them. Seeing Randy Rhoads live was a singular 'high point' and religious experience in all my years of concertgoing! Thanks for the memories!
I've got that live album Tribute, mainly due to since Randy Rhoads is on that album. When I was at JB Hi-Fi one day, I wanted to get an Ozzy Osbourne album with complete Randy Rhoads on it. I did not want to get either the reiusses of Blizzard of Ozz or Diary of a Madman, but they're the only ones available in stores, so I got Tribute and it had no bonus tracks.
I would do anything to be an axe hero like Randy, although there isn't very much ideas left in guitar shredding. One more thing, anyone who doesn't like Randy Rhoads does not like heavy metal, heavy metal axe slingers or heavy metal guitars.

Randy was my isnspiration to want to learn to play guitar. I had tickets to see him live but he died before reaching that concert. Randy will always be a inspiration...RIP Randy :(
Dude that sucks that you didn't get to catch him in concert. I wasnt even alive when he was. My dad wasn't an Ozzy fan but he got to see other great bands. However he had alot of friends that went to see bands like Ozzy and motorhead. The same tour Randy died in, there was a concert sceduled at the Capital Center in Largo. Not that far from where I live. But I wasn't even alive then. I could have had my dad's friends tell me about that experience. Thanks for sharing.

I would do anything to be an axe hero like Randy, although there isn't very much ideas left in guitar shredding. One more thing, anyone who doesn't like Randy Rhoads does not like heavy metal, heavy metal axe slingers or heavy metal guitars.

Randy was my isnspiration to want to learn to play guitar. I had tickets to see him live but he died before reaching that concert. Randy will always be a inspiration...RIP Randy :(

Dude that sucks that you didn't get to catch him in concert. I wasnt even alive when he was. My dad wasn't an Ozzy fan but he got to see other great bands. However he had alot of friends that went to see bands like Ozzy and motorhead. The same tour Randy died in, there was a concert sceduled at the Capital Center in Largo. Not that far from where I live. But I wasn't even alive then. I could have had my dad's friends tell me about that experience. Thanks for sharing.

And its all because people are more intrested in pop and rap...I'm only 17 and all I see from my generation is a bunch of gangsta britney fuckin spears wannabes, once a week I'll watch headbangers ball and I can only understand the lyrics probably every one outta five songs...its bullshit....People these days!!!! We need another RR to get people excited about Rock n Roll because lets face it Fall out Boy and Justin Timberlake sure as hell won't do it!!!

Seriously. I saw Randy #85, EDV (not a big fan but hes good) #70 Angus Young was in the 90s, and I didnt see Slash. I don't think Dimebag was on there either.
