@caseya211 Either sing it in a different key, or just hit a different note. There's nothing worse than a musician not hitting the right note because they were too stubborn to try something else. I can't hit the Phantom's high, so I just keep it low and soft. Putting a different spin on a song is never bad, as long as it doesn't change completely, and still has the rythm of the original.

@poke8787 You are on the right track, but you are over thinking it a bit. The Phantom didn't love Christine untill the end of the play when they kissed and he set her free. His only love was for music. The Phantom coveted Christine for she was only a device of music. He felt she belonged to him because he taught her to sing as well as can. In reality the Phantom was a murderer and a fiend who had no chance of surviving in society after so many years in solitude.

OH it's so hard to choose, because the Phantom is so...doting and loving and protective and loving and AWESOME. But Raoul is...pretty, and nice, and he and Lotte knew each other since they were children. Personally, I would have to choose the Phantom because look at all he's one for her! He acted as a father figure after her father died and now he loves her more than ever, and he's been teaching and protecting her. Not to mention, the side of his face uncovered is absolute beauty.
