  • Teresa Brewer recorded some excellent original songs. Her covers in my opinion range from okay to very good, with this one being okay. No one can do many of Roger Miller's songs, as well as he can.

  • Ahhh haaa haaa haa , You need 40 days in the electric chair , dern ya. lolol

  • @ArmedAmerican88 In reply to my own post , Reading the part - You need 40 days in the electric chair , the first name that came to mind was OBAMA.

  • @ArmedAmerican88 you're an asshole

  • I always get Teresa Brewer mixed up with Brenda Lee.

  • @AllBobsAllTheTime Do you? You must be younger. Both of them were like Little Miss Dynamite or The little girl with the big voice.

Who would fill that role in the 1970s, 80s etc. I think it's Avril Lavigne lately.

  • Never heard this before it is a real novelty...like it thanks for sharing.

  • Never heard this one, fantastic answer to a typically brilliant Roger Miller song. Thank you, GSilverWorld.

  • whats this to do with teresa brewer

  • @bingcro ???? Teresa sang the answer song.

  • @bingcro

Her "answer" song doesn't until halfway through the clip.

  • @A1l2l2e2n4

    Doesn't start, that is.

  • Thanks for postring this classic song .

  • Teresa'a is available at amazon(com). Can anyone in the US report on how it sounds?

  • Great posting of the two songs - Both are great!! Thanks so much. Love both of these singers.

  • mrs. brewer was a babe.

  • "Put you in the chair and burn ya" she certainly did! THAT WAS AMAZING!

  • Well, Theresa you got it. That's nothing but what all husbands, boyfriends and whatsoever deserve. Anyway, until now I have not known that Theresa Brewer recorded that song since "music, music, music" reverberates in my mind. This one is a very classic recording. Pretty good stuff.

    Greetings from Duisburg/Germany

  • OH YES !!!

  • Where did you find this hit song Dang me?

  • haha man is this ever brutal!

  • I had never heard this. thanks for sharing :)

  • I liked Teresa's answer more than Roger's hit-

I still haven't stopped laughing at her song and she has fun with it!

Teresa's had a great studio engineeer-I like the echo!

  • Yeah I agree! The answer songs were fun to hear and see performed on 1960s TV
