all i can say is download "ccleaner" mine jumped from 180-250kps to 1mb-3mb after i cleaned my memory and c:/ and d:/ folder!

your internet speeds depend on you and the people you are connected to

ex say your internet speeds are at 150 kps and boosted they are 2500 kps

the guy at the other end has an internet speed of 100 kbps so max download 4 u is about 60 kbps because of multiple people connecting to his computer or server to download the file

@51pwnage download websites love limiting your download speed when downloading from them which is why I use a manager. Websites force my speed to be between 100-400kbps but with the right download manager it lets me go up to 6mbps.
