Go to the underground city called "The Thorn" speak to Red Lucy, do her missions & she'll give you the Dinner Bell Shotgun, its beast.
Also Vault 34 has a weapon stash with a ton of guns including the All American Rifle, check that out.

@corytoronto im about half way done helping Lucy, and if Vault 34 is that cluster fuck of a radiation maze that i think it is il be very reluctant to go back in that shithole
