I loved watching these two French players, they were such colorful characters and they were so talented.....I always felt Leconte was one of the most talented to ever play the game, I just cant believe he never won a grand slam....
Noah admitted he took it bad mostly because of all the stories with Leconte's wife. Strangely, Leconte had also received some good advice from Noah' coach.
i understand leconte haters but I believe myself he is a good guy. he s funny when he gets angry and can be ridiculous but in the end of the day he was a nice guy and very talented. very emotional player with talent and not enough coldness to beat them all.
Leconte was one of those players who could beat anyone on a given day. In my opinion, he missed the consistency to be number one. Noah's shots were legendary. Forget Federer's plays between the legs. Noah taught him! FYI, I am a Mac fan, but I love all these guys from that era.
Love Leconte's colorful talents, but he would have been a player I'd have REALLY enjoyed beating if I was a player in that era. All the ridiculous swagger and french puffery lol - too much.
Henri Leconte: one of the greatest talents of 20th century. Just incredible. By the way: have you seen that lob?...I couldn't believe how easy it was to him...
Henri Leconte, one of the greatest talents of 20th century? I completely agree; but, unfortunately, he had no capacity of concentration and insufficient mental toughness
oh yes these were the days when tennis was really interesting to watch. Lots of different styles in the game made it very interesting, not like todays boring lot just trying to brainlessly blow each other off the court (apologies to federer, santoro and perhaps tsonga)
Relabel : Extremely rare footage of pre-Prince of Bel-Air Will Smith.

Leconte was most talented. But Noah won much more in the slams.

Leconte was a great player to watch and could beat anyone on his day (and he did). Tennis these days needs men like him, not robots.

@stipelle Lol, je me posais la même question....
Par contre, ça serait peut-être bien de mettre du VOSTA sur les vidéos FR dans Youtube. Moi j'aime pas trop les non-VOSTFR sur Daily. Ahah.
