The US Dept. of Justice is suing NY for non-compliance with the Help America Vote Act of 2002 because NY hasn't replaced the reliable lever machines with the electronic magic boxes. NY must continue to dig in its heels until there's a reliable and accurate alternative. Somebody has to take a stand against this legalized coercion.

What are they talking about? There are lots of states that don't use computerised voting.
