Raw beans make great filler for all the weighted tools; I really like them for the shin and uppercut bags as well. Sand tends to be way too messy and gets everywhere. Nice videos.
This is a really good idea bro. I like the resourcefulness in training that you show here. I just might incorporate this into my training as well! Thanks for the post man! Take care and God bless friend.
First of all I do play Wing Chun,But I've train in other methods as well since I was 7 years old.I also trained in Ng Ga Kune,Kali and Jeet Kune Do.Just because I don't show it doesn't mean I don't know it. (Think About That.)
I really like that idea. What art do you practice. I am a wingchun practitioner and I am really interested in southern mantis. I like the strength i see in the movements.
I love Wingchun but i was thinking to trying something new.
good idea : ], i seen another one where you get a sledgehammer/lump hammer/heavy thing with a stick on [barbell one-sided weight] and you hold it out in front of you with both arms; then you allow it to drop, rather you allow it to go down with your fingers rolling up the barbell, or pull it up by doing the same.
