When I see Ivey play there have been moments where he has been intimidated by big bets and he folded even though he probably sensed he was ahead. So when Sexton says that Ivey doesn't care about money, that's not entirely true.

It would be true of Patrik Antonius, who's capable of putting in half a million with top pair, get called instacalled by someone with a flushdraw, and never blink or sweat.

The big difference is that I've never heard about any strange or erratic behavior away from the table for Ivey or Dwan. Nothing about them eating a meal in 3 minutes so they can run back to the table for action. No missing day 3 of a tourney b/c of substance abuse. No spitting at a dealer or having a Benz break down b/c the oil was never changed. Chip Reese once said the point of gambling is to make money and have a better life, and unfortunately Stuey did not accomplish that very well.

well the notorious difference between stu ungar and any poker player who is or willl be a monster at HE is hat he was just natural for the cards, I mean, while for other guys it took years of spending money to become that good, he was just natural, who else enters a tournament of a game he has never played and comes out like the champion overtaking players considered the best in the world?
