Actually muhrooms are now banned in the netherlands by law but it's not sure from wich date this law will be operational. So I think you'll be ok for new years eve. But make sure you buy them three days before using.. you now have a waitperiod of 3 days to make sure you really thought about it and know about the effects and amounts to take. Have fun !!

Whats the point? they are 'poisonsous'. If you mean that they are mixed in with a collection of verified magic mushrooms then it has been said that one or two toxic mushrooms probably wont kill you. However they would be likely to cause severe stomach cramps, diarroeah, vomiting etc and therefore ruin your trip. I assume you are not a mycologist and therefore don't know the toxicity of the mushrooms so i would not take them. Not a sensible thing to do. Be safe!
