Amazing.The voiceover gets all the attention on this.
It IS truly dire. I suppose her voice is heard a lot because she voices over a lot of these ArtisanNewsService pieces. And those guys have to stand accused of not wanting to spend anything at all on voice talent. Either that or she is someone's daughter/wife/girlfriend, etc.
