  • Well, for the dudes that pick on mr. Bob, like he has no arms or he is shorter etc. Please make a video and show us how it's done . Why ? Because the world is full of semi-experts and when they actually do the same stuff you only hear excuses. Try to stand in front of that kick and you will be in that dimension, not on the fence were everybody can throws shit and thinks they are so much better . Everybody can fight yet fighting is not a martial art .

  • i am very good at tae kwon do i say i am very good at all kick and i think i cud easily get a black belt at a school.good self trained for about 4 years now.i ben kicking over my friends heads with ees.both legs XD i hope 1 day to get a black belt from a school and i think they wud be empressed how much i can already do :D

  • @kvazarblazar The Kihap (yell) is used traditionally to generate more "shock" to the hit, Koreans and chinese both believe it to be adding Chi to the hit therefore increasing power. But try for yourself, have someone hit you at same power constantly, just add a sound effect (sudden sound, bang, Kihap yell etc) to random ones and see which you seem to feel more.

  • @kvazarblazar then you arent breathing correctly, proper technique in breathing would increase your stamina (generating oxygen more effectively) so a Kihap wouldnt tire you out. The weariness you might be feeling might be due to incorrect breathing or just plain over-working on training, rest is important, body needs to repair and strengthen.

  • Hook kick you hit with heel,

    crescent you hit with side of your foot.

  • No offense but in all honesty that kick isn't worth learning asides from a flexibility-building standpoint. If that kick fails to connect then you'll have wasted a lot of energy, if it connects chances are they'll have their guard up and you'll break your foot on a forearm/elbow or get your kick caught

  • you dont need flexibilty for this kick,i have taught some friends this kick and the jumping variation and after 10 mins or so they could do the basic reverse crescent kick at their shoulder height(jumping ones take longer but are easy too once you nail the tech needed!)its all in the hips.twist your hips into this kick for serious speed:)

  • I want to be this flexible in 3-4 years time.

  • To be FLestibity u just need about two months if u have the will to do. That is. DOn't give up. I am just joking, but really it only needs 2 months max, i did it myself in 1.5 months
