As others have stated - WRONG! Armed forces can hold a full HGV licence at 18 years of age. That would have made me the youngest HGV driver 34 years ago and I would have been at the back of the queue of people making the same claim!

@rockandroll626 no, he is not. Limit is 60mph for motorways, however most of the trucks are limited to 56mph, so you can't break it (unless there is different limit on the road).
