This "conundrum" is very easily answered.

Nowhere in the bible are dinosaurs mentioned for the simple fact that ancient man was entirely IGNORANT to dinosaurs.

This only further supports the notion that the bible itself is based on evolving trends mixed with pre-existing mythology like the Noah myth or Egyptian sun gods like Horus.
