"Troubles" with Jews in Europe were the result of religious differences and the strict restrictions placed on Jewish employment (leaving them three options, being peasants, moneylenders or merchants. Obviously, the last two groups have never been too popular, irrespective of "race" or faith. The Nazis persecuted all Jews, from Reds to conservative monarchists to decorated war heroes, including WW2 soldiers (there were Jewish German troops - some even awarded medals before being sent to camps).

I suppose it all depends what you mean by "German culture". Bismarck would likely have been horrified by "low class" demagogic Nazism (as was his grandson, the 1944 plotter), as would have been Goethe etc. Kleist's greatest work was a celebration of romantic heroism vs autocracy. Nazism favoured a Germanic facade, which, like the kitsch art Hitler loved, was essentially hollow. Pre-1933 Germany was: quite tolerant to Jews, the birthplace of the welfare state, monarchist and religious.

Try some of the works of Revolutionary Conservatives, like Ernst Junger (or even Stefan George). These men were what we would call today "far right nationalists", some were racist, monarchists or aristocrats, almost all elitist, and all were diehard defenders of "German culture". The majority were anti-Nazi (which they considered too leftist, racist or plebeian depending on the person): some were persecuted, some plotted. Nazism and "German culture" are not synonymous, very far from it.

Pick up Norman Cameron and R. H. Stevens' "Hitler's Table Talk" (introduction by H.R. Trevor-Roper), which does include a certain measure of admiration for Stalin. As for the destruction of morals/people, it is a fact that the Nazis encouraged delation (children/family informing on one another) and arguably loose sexual morals (lebensborn), while decreasing the influence of the church and traditional authority figures (who weren't of 'the party'). "German culture" was under siege, not protected.

Hitler admired Stalin and once commented that he preferred to have an ex-Red in the Party rather than an aristo or a "reactionary". Mussolini started as a socialist, drifted "right" because he was also pro-intervention in WW1 and drifted left again in Salo. Both Hitler and Mussolini detested conservatism and liberalism. The reason Reds and Nazis/Fascists tore at each other is because they were contesting the same political milieu, which is why the left uses the word "fascist" for "reactionary"

Nadur29: the fascists (by which I assume you mean Italy's PNF) were not a racist party in the same way as the Nazis and initially weren't any more racist or anti-semitic than most (right leaning at least) europeans of the day, for whatever that is worth. Anti-semitic rhetoric was a diplomatic concession made to Hitler after France and England backed sanctions on previously anti-Nazi Italy after Abyssinia. Mussolini's anti-semitism was opportunist. I live in Beer Sheva and I can only say I am proud of the solders of The Australian Lighthorse division. Where else in the world, do you have a community who honors not only the soldiers who advanced and captured the city but the soldiers who lost? Israel Is a wonderful place to visit and I do hope you all find the time to come and see its rich history and fantastic pubs. Not only do we have sites like the western wall in Jerusalem we also fantastic brews from the Dancing Camel in Tel Aviv.

My apologies, what I do mean is to emphasize the people from "...every nation, tribe and toungue (language)..." bit. Christ is for all racial groups. Hence all who are of the faith of Christ are saved. Christianity is multi-racial sharing one culture, in Christ alone.
