I'm not sure exactly how old this song is, but the only one I can think of that he would be talking about is Royce da 5'9". Cuz Proof died in 2006, Royce and Eminem started to become friends again around 2008, so if this song was made between 2008, im going to assume he's talking about Royce. Royce was good friends with D12 including Eminem, but they had a huge beef for a few years. He mentions in a song recently how he was at Proofs funeral while they were still beefing.
