How To Enable Disabled YouTube Videos

I'd like to watch this video in order to solve one of my three problems on YouTube, but the number one problem I have is interrfering with that. It says your video conatins content from SME and it's restricted from playback on certain sites. It's also telling me to watch it on YouTube...even though I AM on YouTube...

I disputed four videos of mine first they were blocked in all countries except america after dispute they were disabled and deleted from YouTube?????

i disputed my disabled video and it's still disabled, however i do have other videos that i also disputed and those are enabled.
