  • fuckin suprised when they payed this at heaton park last year it sounded, awsome. funny to look around and see how many true oasis fans there where around us too, half of the people didnt know this song

  • I think any REAL Oasis fan would know that this rocker is probably the best track from Be Here Now... well at least we know it well. And speaking on behalf of Alex (this is his channel) ... it's a cracker!!!

  • mate, why get lairy about the geezer saying he misses them, coz i know i fucking will soon

    wanker

who says 'ass' anyway, stupid yank

  • @sean11049

    the silly americans do mate.

  • MY big MOUth

    lol

    ;)

  • Best fucking band of all time :) i miss the guys.....:(

  • what do you mean you miss them? they released a new album last year and only split a couple months ago. Miss them...ass.

  • well of course im gonna miss them now! Noel is not coming back so without him its not the same :\

  • you have the album..listen to it! trust me, they werent gonna release anything new for a good while..and they are still arguing like mad..so ts like they've never split up! im looking forward to the next phase to be honest. there last album was the best thing since be here now..which for me was there best album. rock'n'roll'on!

  • oh i 4got not enough bass n oel did mention this tho in an interview

  • gr8 tune listen to radio one and the charts how shit is it nowadays come back oasis, and carter usm while where at it

  • Heard this live at heaton park and murrayfield, fuckin awesome!!!!!

  • The CD version of this should have just faded out around 335 and 345, and just done the repeat stuff live. Same on Magic Pie and Be Here Now, that disc rocks all the way through but needs a few less repeated verses, you know?

  • Good statement, 12 years too late!

  • fuckin sick tune.. i usually only listen to grime n hiphop nowadays as they dnt have ands like these anymore just poshboys pretendin now sadly

  • Hahaha I bet you're a Radiohead fan.

  • ha silly bastard you know i am..

  • nme says this was in the top 20 loudest songs ever

  • Heaton park was fucking nuts.

  • i think that this album like the two before him just show how big this band is

  • WALL OF SOUND

  • an underated song from an underated album.

  • Played it at Slane fuckin amazing..Noel please go back :(

  • he will mate, i have a brother we fight all the time and after a few hours its like nother happened.:)

  • FUCK

i would die for hear this song in live but 13 years back

  • Murrayfield was fuckn brilliant

  • Heaton Park 09, what an event

  • yeeahhhh !!!!

  • I really like this album..

But what I don't get is,I saw them at Slane(AMAZING)And they played this exact tune..But Noel says he hates this whole album..I was suprised..

    OASIS!BEST BAND OF ALL TIME!:D:D:D:D!!!

  • I think its the production rather than the songs that he dislikes.

  • Be Here Now (1997) isn't a bad album, neither it is a masterpiece. It's just a little too overwrought by excessive use of guitars. And Noel Gallagher's songwriting a little below to the excellence he got us used to with the first two Oasis albums. This one is almost great, mind you.

  • Yeah it isn't a bad album at all, most of the songs are really good, just bloated production I guess. And a lot of the songs are a lot longer than they need to be.

  • I quite like be here now actually and think its alot better than everyone makes out

  • Played this at Wembley, what a day!

  • My favorite oasis album.

  • They were all off there tits on coke at the time, and its still epic :D

  • best band going it gonna take a lot 2 beat them Oasis 4 ever!!!!

    MAD

    FER

    IT!!!!

  • This song was recorded when the whole band were on coke. How it shows...

  • 'Be Here Now' needs repeated listenings, then it grows! It's not a bad album, folks.

  • they played this at wembley and i was shocked that they did as thought they hated playing stuf from be here now..... but it is a great tune

  • My best oasis song of all time!

    Immense!

  • they played this last nyt at wembly and every one in the crowed was moving :) AWSOME

  • fuk me this tune gets ya movin ..oasis av got tune after tune after tune all class

  • into my big mouuuth you could fly a fookin concorde!

  • Rock Werchterrrr, next thursday!

  • one of my highlights from slane... kinda forgot about it until last night but wat a fuckin song!!!

  • Maybe it's the recession and a yearning for the happy go lucky times of the 90's but I think Be Here Now is getting better with age. Sure the lyrics are coke addled rubbish but, a handful of tunes of the subsequent albums aside, this kind of stuff represents the last of the rocking Oasis we all knew and loved. Long live the kings!

  • Without doubt..

I Totally agree with you! this fantastic album is getting better with age.

    See you people...

  • take away all the hoopla and irrelevant razzmatazz that surrounded be here now, and excuse the ecstacy fueled fun they had with the videos, and theres magic there for sure. You've only got to listen to this track to find that out.

  • heaton park!!!!

  • amazing

  • BEST FUCKIN' BAND EVER!!!

  • oh yeah thats right man!

  • everybody knowsss, but no ones sayin nothin!

  • dint expect this one at heaton park. like everyone else said it was epic. so underestimated!!

  • yeah but they changed the riff which was the best bit about the song

  • they played it at the millennium stadium as well

    also epic

  • can anyone send me or post the lyrics to this song

  • Tune! amazing live i went on the 7th june ryt at da front in the front pitt omg it was amazin

  • i hadent heard this tune til heaton park 04/06/09, and now i think its one of the best songs EVER... doesnt beat live forever tho ;P

  • yes brad we was rockin out to it man wata chooooooooon

  • exacttly the same as me , it was deffo one of the best tunes of the night.

  • yer 1 of the best tunes at heaton park this.

  • hi matt your right this was the best tune i thought at heaton park also thought shock of the lightning and the master plan were great goin to see them again in slane on the 20th june cant wait like

  • yer i'd agree they were special tunes , also morning glory and live forever were obviously very good.

  • The most underrated Oasis track! Seen em twice play this in 3 days now and both times was best track of the night!

  • this song should be put down....like scott manson

  • this is soul.......pure unadulterated soul without even a wiff of razorlight/kooks skinny jeaned crap-pop .......ah the good old days....(and im only 18 lol)

    Noel for Prime Minister.

  • thats an immense comment. :)

  • i went to see them in heaton park it was ooooooooo good

  • this ROCKS

  • HOLY HOLY HOLY HOLY SHIT!!

  • class tune super for gettin in the mood for a good session yeeee

  • WHAT A FUCKING TUNE...total forgot about this tune!!!

  • if it is so so bad why do you com on a listen to it

  • Oh wow there has been a misunderstanding.....

I meant any number of things from massive/incredible/amazing/powerful/legendary etc etc etc. It was just my way of expressing how blown away I was by the song. Hope that clears that up

  • ok np

  • everybody complained at the time that this album wasen't up to scratch...we'd all give our left arms to hear noel write songs like this these days!!

  • thats true mate...personally i think noel knows that hes made his point and hes not that botherd anymore. but hopefully hes just fuckin about and suprises us with the next album. probaly not like but hope so....if not all hope is on liam lol and thats not a good pick but " aint got nothin" has some old school oasis attitude r somethin

  • How can Noel possibly hate this album - it ROCKS!!

  • I fucking love this album, Noels guitaring on this album was superb.

Should go back to this kind of having it rock n roll, fuck what the music press say, they are to busy wanking over the likes of razorlight, the sad fucks.

  • They were cocky in the most wonderful way possible. This song takes me back.

  • " They were cocky in the most wonderful way possible. This song takes me back. "

Mate If I wrote the amount of class tunes as Noel Gallagher, I would be the cockiest mother fuck to ever walk the earth. LOL

  • best song of this album "be here now"

  • THE Best Oasis Album.......Put some "Oompphh" back into Rock"n" Roll.
