  • dude i have the same bass as u its got a nice sound the sg bass

  • use whatever you want dude , at the end of the day its all down to personal preference , i think that pick gives a better sound

  • Nice... but dude... i'm sorry but sg bass is ugly!!:D

  • Check out my Holiday collaboration cover =D

  • shit that bass like a diavoletto is horrible!

  • I cant even hear the bass

  • Aside from the few timing mistakes, I really liked it. And JUST FOR YOUR INFO!!! You don't have to use a pick. You can use a pick, with DOES infact give you more "attack", but don't be afraid to do finger style. It's a personal preference. If you ever get into metal stuff, I'd recommend three fingers, but for anything else, you are most agile with the standard two finger. try using a pick sometime, and go with whatever feels natural. I really like your tone though. Keep it up. What amp was used?

  • @TroubleClef2112 Thank you, and yes, pick or not, if it sounds good than the job is done. The amp is really a little one that came with the bass (Epiphone Studio Bass 10S) but I've just got a very nice amp, a Fender Rumble 75 along with a Fender P-Bass and I will re-record this cover.

  • @MazJax i found this out but did you know epiphone doesnt actuay use mahogany wood they use industrial mahogany and isnt in the same family

  • cut the bass volume down a little, it was far to loud and drowned out everything else, and try to have less energy when your playing, it gets distracting

  • good cover, but use a pick when ur playin' green day

  • @SwBes getting there....

  • gud one man

  • i don t know why people buy epiphone basses when they can buy squier ones. epiphones sound really bad.

  • @felporocker not really, ive never owned one but ive played one and its all about how you set it up, and squiers are good but i would rather play a REAL fender.

  • @boxboy1111 but the same happens with the epiphones you could say that they are fake gibsons

  • @felporocker true.

  • You really shouldnt finger play for Green Day

    Use a pic.

  • pretty bad timing and you missed some notes

but keep practicing and you will be better :D

tip: use more fingers when strumming

  • @BassiliciousTV I know I've missed some... I've only started with the bass in october

  • do you use 1 or two fingers ???

    nice great work

  • @trooperjan two fingers, but a pick is probably better

  • @MazJax aa i understan what u mean

its hard but its hard to play just as good as mike

  • @trooperjan is there any song played with just one finger??

  • @09yulstube mate not realy only at high school but u alsoc can play with 3 fingers

  • @trooperjan ...I dk what you mean by "only at high school"... I did know the 3 finger, and a friend once told me Flea can play it with the five gingers which is awesome but I'm not sure is true :P I only asked 'cause it sounded very strange to play with one finger :P

  • @09yulstube i understand what u mean but some slow top 40 songs can be posible to play with 1 finger and now i read it back its sound stupid :)))

  • @trooperjan nah, it just sounded weird. Nevermind, just a neurotic speaking XD

  • @09yulstube lol np mate

  • Not bad lad. Keep it up :)

  • Really Nice Cover Dude ! : ]
