Nice Jeff. A couple observations. First, it's interesting to see you pick up something other than a JMAC. Second, dude, your singing sounds really good on this one. A little different than what you normally sound like. I always like your vocals, somewhat vulnerable and broken, introspective sounding. But for some reason on this one you sound more relaxed and deep and true. And as usual, your playing is exceptional. Really enjoyed this one a lot.

You are very observant John. My throat is on it's last legs so it sounds a little distressed. I thought it would work on this song. I used the Takamine because it's the quietest guitar I own. It's 34 years old so it's pretty distressed as well. I recorded this song a couple weeks ago with the new Jmac but it didn't work. This ones closer to how I wanted it. Glad you liked it man. Hope you're doing well today.
