it is a glitch happening at multiplayer serves. it is when a mob spawn at the same time world saves teh mob despawn but it just spawned so it stays ingame but is without abilities to do anything

I call mobdisguise, cuz a cache version can't be pushed around and SPcommands don't function on MP servers

This Creeper was a cache version. This means, the client was still showing the skin, but the entity of the creeper itself, was dead already on the server.

It's like the famous chunk bug, it can happen sometimes, it happens because of sending/recieving mistakes between the server and the client.
