@ilse18garza Your comment is totally off. Choreo is on point, and if you were unable to read the title, this is a zumba fitness routine. All parts of the song (verse, chorus, break, etc) must have the same steps when that part of the song is repeated. I guess all the smiling faces here make it look not fun to you! lol

This is a great warm up!. You may not be a pro, but you know that repitition and large movements are key! Zumba is not just fast pace. Sometimes we need to slow it down to really contract those muscles when we move. Adding this one to my playlist!
