Nah, guys, this is Dave and Rose on Derse's Moon, fighting the Draconian Dignitary. Right? Their normal bodies are dead, and their dreamselves are on a suicide mission. Even in death, they're prepared for what's necessary. The beginning is Rose and Dave talking, before DS figures out she knocked him out. At 0:48 Dave jumps after the moon, and gets there at 0:57. Big fight, then they both find themselves on the "suicide mission." Luckily, things worked out differently than they supposed.

This is what I imagine Dave's god tier ascension to be like, happening at the beat mesa. Dave is killed and falls through the scratch, and at 0:55 we zoom in on his corpse. 1:12 reveals that deep within the beat mesa there's actually an alternate quest bed. 2:00 is Dave flying high above, zooming out from his time symbol on his outfit, akin to the end of John: Rise Up.

@TheMetalNate Well, it does have a very Eastern feel at first, which is indicative of Jade. However, a more rap-like rhythm makes itself heard, which is more of Dave's theme.

I get such a good feel from this one track. I know it sounds pretty stupid but in my head I relate it to a sad Karkat/Terezi movement because I listened to this for the first time after their (supposed) deaths. The remix of Descend and Terezi Owns makes me think it's something to do with Terezi at least.. blah.

@Bananawawa D --> The beat is used in Upward Movement, Descend, and Terezi Owns. I might've forgotten one or two. This is definitely the most separated from the rest, and my personal favorite. Just like Savior of the Dreaming Dead is the best remi% of Doctor in my opinion. This is a great album. The music is becoming less cheesy techno, and more rock/dramatic soundtrack techno. I'm love that it's becoming more soundtrack.
