BTW, just a reality check, this is a discourse on Kundalini Yoga, not a preview of the next Apple gadget or the next Sony computer game to be launched on christmas, that every one wants to know how to make advance resevations so that they can stand in line overnight outside a best buy (a yoga school in this case). I find almost all the responses very childish & amusing. Not every one can have it, & not every 1 shud have it, it is more powerful than the nuclear bomb.

they don't mix well....if you want to be truly spiritual you have to lead a pure and celibate lifestyle. if you have too many sex. thoughts how can one meditate and concentrate on the divine?

I feel like my search is over. I found the answer. Just this morning I dreamed of my sexual energy going up my crown. I saw a violet chakra in the middle of my eyes. I don't know what it means. Sitting up and browsing through youtube for hours---this is the best explantion ever. I've been fighting my inordinate sexual urge all these years, never really was successful. Now I feel empowered, like a lion inside me stop roaring. Thanks a lot for this video. I will continue meditating and subscribe.

I find it is a way to connect with my husband, and not just to achieve an orgasm, but to see into his soul, when we look into each other's eyes, there is a deep spiritual connection between us. The feeling is definitely great, but can you please tell me how I can blend this with meditation, especially when I have to read the scriptures? Because for reading the scriptures, I need to have my eyes open.

yes u can blend it with meditation when u meditate u can either chant them ,whisper them or best way keep them in ur heart feeling is truth desire is fiction So dear frd no just read it but feel it know wat it mean & when u strat feelng it then there is no need of reading it

u can chant it in your mind while dong other work Mantra is pure they can't be impure by ur physical work just take care of some places & act

When the energy begins to flow upward, and you are full of that energy, transformation begins to happen by itself. For example, anger will transform into compassion. You need to continue improving yourself so that the basic energy will flow upward.

Hey most people don't know how to transform sex energy, sex energy most easy to transform, however I think the prerequisite to kundalini yoga should be microcosmic orbital and liver energy transformation, otherwise I don't see the benefits.
