  • Prohibition kills.

  • Wow so you're comparing legalizing cannabis to cannibalism? Talk about an apples and orange argument. And I disagree with your opinion about giving weed to the masses. The thing is, the masses already smoke weed. Over 130 million Americans (or 1/3 of the U.S. populous) smoked MJ. And to say that people lose their dreams and ambitions because of pot is absurd. On the contrary, I know people who smoke pot and are successful. (Continued in next posting)

  • @Tonesyxx I knew somebody who is self employed and burns everyday. My best friend had jobs paying him $40-60 dollars and hour and he burns (or used to). I know people who don't smoke weed at all and I can consider them failures. I myself burn and I am still highly (no pun intended) motivated to succeed in life. As a matter of fact, I wast told by my roomate (who doesn't smoke), that I'm the most respectable and responsible roommate he's ever had who smokes. So you shouldn't stereotype.

  • Cannabis prohibition and the arrest of millions of American cannabis users will one day rank in the history books as one of the evilest things our government has done. Stop this unjust prohibition and stop prosecuting otherwise normal Americans.

  • if u like education on cannabis hit up my channel im trying to get the real truth out about it not the propaganda that cops and the government say i try and provide real facts

  • Young mother of 4 PATRICIA SPOTTEDCROW was sentenced to 12 years in prison for $ 31. of marijuana in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma by a sadistic Judge Susie Pritchett. FREE PATRICIA SPOTTEDCROW now!

  • 420 likes :D

  • and you think the cartel would be happy if they couldn't make money cause is legal to get it at store they would pissed and shit would go bad

  • Phony War on Drugs is about one thing ppl: MONEY! The last thing the drug cartels, courts, judges, cops and prisons want is legalization. Keeping drugs illegal keeps the prices high, keeps the courts full, excessive numbers of cops employed and the prisons full. Now do you understand? And dont forget the illegal money that corrupt cops and judges make from SELLING the drugs back to the street. This is a War on the American People.

  • People Are Going To Smoke It Sell It Grow It. Our Government Is Spending Too Much Money On Trying To Keep Marijuana Off Our Streets .. Especially Considering That It's Not Bad For You.. Take The People Thats In Prison Over Marijuana Sells And Distributing That Will Save Us A Hell Of a Lot Of Money.

  • @Tycaptobvious thats crazy brother it just came to my house wrecked my living room and kicked my dog

  • @Tycaptobvious hahahahahahahahaha

  • MARIJUANA=BEST RECREATIONAL AND MEDICAL DRUG ON THE PLANET

  • Would be nice not to be harassed and put in jail just for having a naturally occurring plant in your pocket that's less destructive than a bottle of beer.

  • BEWARE OF CELL PHONES! It is the most addictive thing there is! Cell phones impair performance while working and even while driving which has led to countless deaths! People who use cell phones appear distant and anti-social while in use. Just one use can get you hopelessly addicted! Most people who use are hooked and use it as many as several times everyday! Cell phones are a gateway to Twitter and Facebook!

  • @opszanski what?! you need to elaborate on why!

  • @Tycaptobvious haha i get tha sarcasm

  • Like the beat

  • There is no hope. Weed will never be legalized, the government is too powerful. My choice is either to kill myself or kill the government. I would never kill myself, I have never hated myself once in my life so you should know what the choice is. Im out of weed right now. Perhaps I wouldnt be so hate-filled If I had weed. Legalize, I would say. But I see no hope for it. My hopelessness leads to either kill them, kill me, or forget about it all and smoke a bowl. Donate to this, my poor ass cant.

  • This film is proof positive that the so called war on drugs is morally wrong and futile! It's perverse to put a non vilolent drug user who is only harming themselfs into jail,FACT!

  • i hate idiots. eat adick to all the assholes. all the real people keep it pushing. leave the dumb fucks in the dust

  • God Bless America?

  • @alexross8

Defining all Drugs as horrible or immoral is comical, rather relying on the same tired Bullshit Christin Propaganda Fear Tactics. How about we Educate kids, oh wait, i forgot to attain a higher education is damn near impossible. Sending Teens to Prison to be raped, physically, and psychologically tortured is farm more beneficial, an it's "Working Rather Well." To tell someone they can't do something because, You, know better is preposterous, So much for Freedom Of Choice in America.

  • If this drug is legalize then the demand for this drug from mexico would have a real bad impact in the mexican cartels...70%of marijuana comes from mexico...please legalize it this would be a major part of the war against the cartels

  • The leading cause of cancer is smoking.

The leading reason for the legalization of marijuana, is to smoke it.

The lungs are only supposed to take in oxygen. If anything blocks the alveoli, the cells within the lungs will either die or become cancerous. The lungs expell all foreign entities either by exhaling it out or coating it in mucus and forcing it out.

The only reason Marijuana is illegal, is because it will because the majority will smoke it rather than use it as medication.

  • @alexross8

1st lil'man the term is Cannabis not Marijuana ~ Marijuana is a term coined from uncle tom bigots who whole idea to deeming it illegal was, "Mexicans and Negros smoke Marijuana and rape white woman." From what I've seen White Woman love Dark Meat it's not the substance.

The fastest way to intake Cannabis is smoking studies suggest that it is likely that cannabis may cause cancer if used for a number of years. Hint "Likely " and "May," Show me a Proven Source.

    All Use Is Medical.

  • @HanKSN101

It's proven to be just as harmful as smoking a cigarette.

  • @alexross8

No.. forgive my french .. ASSHOLE

    is hasn't.

  • @HanKSN101

You are one of those guys that claim marijuana doesn't make you stupid or that it should be legalized because it's good for you. I went to your profile. The majority of everything you have ever wrote is either spelled incorrectly or you use terrible grammar. I am going to make an assumption by the way you speak and the way you caps-lock a lot of things, that you are a pothead, an idiot, and a racist. If marijuana was good, it wouldn't have all the idiots defending it.

  • @alexross8

I've met more moronic Drunks/Christians than stoners. The subculture associated with THC is something your simple mind can never truly understand - it would be like trying to teach a Christian about Compassion. As for my profile, It's You Tube not the Global Identity of my existence. An for your "Assumption" of me being a pot head I rarely smoke at best once a month. I can be idiotic at times, yes, that still doesn't take away from the fact that the Prohibition of Cannabis is Wrong.

  • @HanKSN101 Again, I am not against it's use. In fact, I support it. But whether it should be sold publically, is of course, the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard. If drugs are available for only medicinal use, that leaves the majority of people who would abuse it. Something is deemed moral, only on the account that it is intended for good use and is in the interests of the majority. Smoke, in general, is not in the best interests of the people, therefore it's not moral to allow.

  • @HanKSN101

Acting stupid, is ironically also stupid. There is nothing more idiotic than someone that acts stupid. It's disrespectful and it promotes degeneracy. And don't think I didn't notice your comment about Christians not being able to understand compassion. I am a Christian, I hope you know. When I see people promote cannabis, I see people who need help more than anything. If you think that smoking marijuana is so healthy, then you should promote small children to smoke it.

  • @alexross8

Small children smoking, that's great, an idea only conceivable by Christians. For someone who considers himself to be an individual of intellect that was truly an asinine statement, completely foolish. Holland's cannabis laws, tolerate the sale of cannabis, if they adhere to certain criteria: no advertising, no sale of hard drugs, not selling to persons under the age of 18, not causing public nuisance and not selling more than 5 grams per transaction. Authorizes still purse violators.

  • @HanKSN101

Small children smoking, proven healthy by professor pothead and his assitant, Nurse Mary Jane.

  • @alexross8

    Dude, you have serious issues.

  • @HanKSN101

You are the one that is saying it's healthy for people. If I was agreeing with you by saying that marijuana is healthy, then why call me crazy for suggesting to extend that health to children? After all, small babies need to be passed the joint once in a while. If smoking marijuana is healthy, then I want our children to be healthy aswell.

Legalize marijuana smoking for babies NOW!!!!!!!!! (Obvious Sarcasm)

  • @alexross8 So far you're the only idiot here acting stupid. There hasn't been a SINGLE death due to marijuana smoking go google it.

  • @MegaDeathwarrant

Smoking marijuana; can cause overdose on THC, causes lack of judgement, can cause fatal car crashes, and your lungs get filled with ash. I don't like any kind of smoke, so I think it's just unethical and silly to legalize an alternative to tobacco. To tell you the truth, you are more likely to die in a marijuana related incident than lung cancer.

  • @alexross8 ever heard of individual choice, im certain i can find something to take away from you for your own good grow up my friend your opinion is allowed but your ignorance will be pointed out.

  • @alexross8 oh and by the way i don't smoke but im intelligent enough to understand that drugs will always be a reality no matter what kind of silly laws are in place. More death and harm has been cause because of the current drug laws than if they had never existed at all.

  • @alexross8 To overdose on THC you need to smoke about 15 pounds in 20 minutes. Close to impossible. Check your prejudice at the door mate, and check your facts too. You know what's unethical? Giving people a criminal record for utilising (yes utilising) a substance that relieves the symptoms of their illness. This substance is less addictive and dangerous to your health than most perscription painkillers. Newsflash: you don't have to smoke it either, It's just as effective when ingested.

  • @lianap11

Smoking it is unethical. By your words, people don't have to smoke it; it can be ingested. If people are so sick that they need marijuana, it should be provided to them in pill/capsule form. If marijuana is for the ill, then let it be sold as a drug. If marijuana doesn't have to be smoked, capsulize it.

Could you imagine what it would be like if everyone wanted to legalize tylenol just so they could smoke it?

  • @alexross8 Pills are made from things like wax, talcum powder, glue, yeast, sugar and wood fibre. These things act as a coating and a vehicle for whatever drug it is carrying. All these things over long term use accumulate in your liver and damage it . Secondly why would you big bucks for a bunch of pills when you could use a plant that can be grown cheaply? HOW a person consumes something, cannabis or not, is none of your, the law or anyone elses business. As for smoking tylenol... ridiculous

  • @lianap11

What is the sole purpose of legalizing Marijuana?

If it's for a recreational activity, then why shouldn't children have it?

If it's for drug use, then why do you want to smoke it?

I don't doubt it's use as a drug, even if it's a chewed drug, but it has no use as a recreational activity or for pure sport.

Smoking a drug that could be just as easily swallowed, is a bad example for children, for the same reason that smoking tobacco is a bad example.

  • @alexross8 Ok I don't want to bite on this but I don't know if I can help myself. Legalising cannabis is a multi faceted issue. Cannabis or Hemp products are highly competitive natural alternatives to things like plastic, gas for your car and nutrition. Very important in a world where producing and disposing of these things harms the environment. In terms of medicine, it's heartless to toss people in jail for using a treatment prescribed by a doctor which they is the most effective for

  • @lianap11 their condtion.

As for recreation, do you begrudge a person for having a beer or a wine while relaxing after work? Of course not. Some people may not like alcohol, they like cannabis, and it's their way to relax, and once again that's not for you me or anyone to judge, provided they don't hurt anyone else. Like alcohol cannabis should not be in the hands of minors, and if it were made legal, minors would have a harder time getting it. Drug dealers don't ask for I.D.

  • @alexross8 As for a bad example for children, Porn, junk food, cigarettes and alcohol use are also bad examples... do we ban those?

  • @lianap11

Unlike Tobacco, Marijuana is not a lost cause; It's possible that we may still prevent it's abuse. I do think Porn is filthy, as it's a legal way to have prostitution; so I also am against that. As for Tobacco, I sure hope that people start making it illegal to sell on some days, so it will lead to it's ban altogether. Alcohol and junk food are poor examples, because one is an ancient cultural value, and the other has no harm to society.

  • @alexross8 Whatever you think of those things, including cannabis, it's not for anyone to say that others cannot partake, provided their partake is responsible and doesn't hurt others. I hate alcohol and cigarettes but I know I have no right to to stop someone else from taking part. It's called personal freedom. Cannabis has also ancient cultural value, originating in China some 6000 years ago. Look it up. Prosecuting people for non violent cannabis crimes is a huge cost to society.

  • @alexross8 I smoke marijuana for recreational purposes and as a pain killer it doesnt matter how you consume it either so why are you making a big deal about it?

    have you tried marijuana?

or are you just one of those marijuana is evil people?

just grow up and by the way im 15 and i dont see how its a bad example, well of course for smoking it, but it can be brewed as an tea too for hildren with severe illnesses.

  • @TheDGMJR

    You aren't understanding my point.

I see marijuana as a miracle plant; an herb with many helpful uses. But I just think SMOKING it is what causes the younger folk to try smoking. Please understand, I was 7 when I first started smoking; and even though it was a cigarette, it was because I had seen my brother's friends smoking marijuana.

  • @alexross8 overdose on THC? :))) how when who???

u have 2 smoke 25kilos in 24hours, which is IMPOSSIBLE even with 10persons

NOBODY has ever died of only smoking pod

& well if u are so worried about your lungs, then sell your car, stop eating meat,

never fly with a plane & get rid of all those factories

spitting out millions of tons of toxic air

aslong u can buy alcohol..which is a HARD drug..on every corner

i dont see no reason why a SOFT drug cant be legal

  • @alexross8 Then in that case smart guy should we ban cars as well? What about industrial factories? And btw, the leading cause of cancer is smoking TOBACCO CIGARETTES, not Marijuana. I never heard of anybody getting cancer from smoking weed...

  • "Go to your address bar, after the word YOU and before the word TUBE, type in "win" then press enter"

  • fuckin sadd storry, at the end.. both of them,, so wrong but soo true... 1 man, smokes because of his pain! what does he have in life?? and he cant evan smoke sometyihng that helps him! then they fuckin kill him for it.. BULLSHIT, and the college boy. im sure its happend to 100000000000's of people. not all, vbut alot of "stoners" i no are peace full, not violent, unlike alot of other alcohol and drug users, evan non drug users.........

  • haha . agree with all of ya,s. they all critercise why they drink and smoke, and no problem with prescription pills... but how many people do u no have a j and said its the worst thing eva... ive never had a hangover off marijuana like alcohol??? if u smoke it u just no it cant be bAD...

  • If I ever got arrested for shit like this I would just plainly say fuck america and move to europe.

  • @barrius1234

Just kill the judge, would make you a nationwide hero since most of us people hate democracy and the laws it brings.

  • @MuffLord4 lol?

  • Legalize marijuana, yes absolutely. What are you crazy? There is no reason in hell why anyone should go to jail for either smoking or being in possession of marijuana. How much control does this corrupt government need?

  • I completely disagree with the legalization. It is a stupid measure which will create even MORE problems to our society(which is already corrupted by ignorance/lack of education, and a chaotic economy) You guys which support this measure are not looking into the bigger picture, of its affect in a long-term. Because right now.. at this moment... all you care is about being high.

  • @Yanh14 That is a very conceited view you have. Believe me, I want marijuana legalized for countless reasons, all more important than being high. BTW, what's wrong with being high anyway?

  • @Azzazpimp Well think about it; imagine people driving while high? or just simply working while high? I do not have a problem with the drug itself, because after all is just a "drug"; my problem is with people who use it... because they don't know how to keep control of it, and fall for addiction(yes, i have seen people that need "weed" to have fun) i feel sick when in my high school; i see some young people like me smoking weed, interesting enough all do bad at school and skip classes...

  • @Yanh14 Is it the drug? no i don't think so, is the weak-minded people who fall for it. Because they are too stupid to control themselves, many when they get older "things" could change. But at this moment (and i asked them) all they care is about "party" "drink" and "smoke".

  • @Yanh14 complete bigotry at it's best...

  • @Tonesyxx Then we should understand and allow cannibalism between humans, think about it... is there anything wrong about it? BE TOLERANT! What you are not understanding is that the effects of the drug are far beyond your understanding, and the impact it will have on society, the drug itself is good while in control, give access to it in masses and you will get a new generation that cares more about getting high than personal achievements etc... i have seen that myself with my closest friends.

  • LEGALIZE IT NOW!

  • The only negative I have ever experience with cannabis is the strong smell some times

  • How much longer are we going to let the American Government destroy lives??

  • I can't stand this; Americans should not be afraid of their government. We practically invented freedom, goddamnit.

  • I don't Smoke Marijuana and I support the legalization of A plant that can be safely grown as easy as a house plant. When will the injustice end for people who use marijuana and more important, the ones who die because of this plant. Please Legalize this and help decrease the drug violence!!!!!!!

  • Holy fuck ... that last story. They should do the same thing to the people who decided he should go in that cell. Twice.

  • This made me cry :'( i would die if they put me in prison for 2-3 years just for smiking a few joints

  • rape is done too the americain people

  • BE WISE. LEGALIZE.

  • Yeah its horrible, lots of non violent people that are in prison for some stupid drug law.

  • JFC, GOT CAUGHT SELLING DOPE, AND WAS SENTENCED TO FOUR FUCKING WEEKEND, NOW THAT IS BULLSHIT, U SELL, U SHOULD BURN, WHAT A FUCKING JOKE THAT JUDGE WAS, FUCKING IDIOT

  • GARCIA GOT WHAT SHE DESERVED, USING OUR TAX MONEY AND BUYING WEED WITH IT, FUCK HER

  • @AREAL0YINZER and how do you know for sure that she pend your tax money to buy weed? She have herself payed taxes for years. So she used her own money. And there is also possible she used some of her OWN money to buy weed. You are just an ignorant idiot.

  • Well I am also a victim they found 1 gram of marijuana in my house and not only that I CANT become a teacher now.....:(

  • I think terrence mckenna said that cannabis (because i HATE that racist term marijuana) promotes or is associated with value systems that aren't deemed "worthy" in a capitalist, market-based society or economy, as a result more money has been spent trying to find something wrong with this plant than any other vegatable on the planet.

  • It makes me sick that so many peaceful people are arrested over a plant that has medical benefits and far less harmful than most, if not all other legal drugs. Stop the madness and LEGALIZE! Keeping it illegal isn't stopping people from using it. It never has and never will.

  • Look on the bright side, now you qualify to be president of the USA.

  • ita not a gateway drug its just the drug dealer is the gateway to drugs like crack and herion because the dealer may sell weed and have shit like crack selling too dats y its common sense so when they say its a gateway drug dats y and theres people who want to expiriment ith diff types of drugs u cant stop dat people have a mind of there own

  • @lisajcw1 Typing the way you speak..

  • i'm for legalization, but no one is entitled to government subsidized loans. They probably would have been better off not wasting their money on a worthless liberal arts degree anyways

  • you guys arent the victims of the drug wars... your junkie asses are fueling the drug war... lay the pipe down.....

  • @hiredgun30 and take your joint up!

  • @hiredgun30 Are you fucking stupid?

  • I'm just outraged at the stupidity of the marijuana laws, but more outraged at the ignorance of millions of people. Most of who will drink a glass of wine, or drink heavily at a "family reunion" but cannot allow Cannabis enthusiasts peace. Why must we be so ignorant to allow such a beautiful plant to be given such a false image? Fuck propaganda.

  • Since when should a person's private right to marijuana production & consumption EVER be determined by "majority rule"? The majority of the world's population believes Bush is a terrorist & war criminal and should be imprisoned for life or executed. (I agree.) Yet, I don't hear you dumbshit anti-freedom tax-loving anti-drug terrorists yap on about how the Iraq War was against majority rule.

  • if somebody felt the need to rape me they'd be laying on the ground without their eyes and their nose cartilage shards in their brain and even possibly 2 waffle shaped testicles just in case they survived. i'm not a violent person but i will not just be somebodies bitch without a fight to the death.

  • sad stories of good people being labeled as criminals because of marijuana. freedom in america is less government, let us live!

  • It's not like anyone is gonna stop smoking the sweet ganja anyway. The question is whether we want that revenue back in our infrastructures or we want to give it to drug dealers on the black market.

  • @KripDrip You said it, it's a SAFE drug. That's reason enough to end it's prohibition. Plenty of other (harmful) drugs are legal, so it doesn't make sense to put cannabis in a different category.

  • this dude got 3 month for a third strike????? weak. Im a patient in CA. This video is imbarrasing

  • @kripdrip ya a drug that was given to use by shivia shivia did not give use beer man did so that is worse

  • Talk about hemp.

  • OVERGROW THE GOVERMENT. GO BUY A BAG OF SWAG AND TAKE ALL THE SEED AND PLANT EVERYONE OF THEM. KRIP GIVE IT UP MAN. ITS OVER, WE WIN.

  • @derikforeal until it becomes legal that will do nothing but piss off the cops and actually by you saying that put MPP back 40 years.... we don't win until the law is changed because if we get caught we get arrested and throwing away then what do we call that? oh yeah, it's a lose.

  • SMOKE WEED AT HOME

  • Never plead guilty to anything without getting a deal.

  • They say we are free but are we really if we aren't free to do something as nature as smoke a plant then are we really free? But it seems we are free enough to be poisend by alchohol and cigaretts then they are saying we are free to be killed so they can make money..

  • One of the reasons why we have an overcrowded Prison System in America is because we have people in Prison who aren't a threat to anyone. Like Drug Addicts.

  • Why you people fight so hard to decriminalize marijuana has and always will be beyond my comprehension. It's a useless waste of time and money and it does absolutely nothing for you. Just because pot is the "safest" recreation drug out there does not mean it is safe to consume. In fact, many of the toxins in cigarette smoke are also found in marijuana smoke. Sure, you can name 15 successful potheads...but I can name 100 unsuccessful ones. Do the math people, its a drug!

  • @markdup Read what i wrote and tell me alchohol and cigaretts aren't more harmful drugs then marijuana. Pot could replace cigaretts and alchohol and many more needs in America.

  • @markdup its about more then making it legal you fucking cocksucker it's about our right as (supposedly free people) to put what WE want into OUR OWN damn bodies NOBODY should have the right to tell me I can't put something in my body thats way safer than tobacco or alcohol regardless if its a "waste of time" or not if you can't see that you are nothing but a blind government propaganda eating fool .....some people just astound me with their amount of stupidity and ignorance

  • @markdup its not about math, its about freedom

  • @markdup is because you dont get it. Does it make anysence to you at all that our government has made a plant illigal? they are making nature illigal. Thats stupid. Weed grows natrually on this earth for as long as human records show and plus its not harmfull and it makes u happy. I find it offensive and un-Constetutional that any one can deny my prusuit of happyness and if weed makes me and other people happy. Fucc it let me have it eh who tha fucc are you to deny my human rights

  • fuck the government!

  • The goverment needs to listen to it's citizens and legalize marijuana. It's safer than alcohol and cigerets. If marijuana was legalized we could tax it and raise 6.2 billion per year or more plus save 100 billion on the DEA. Be safe, Be smart, Be pro-marijuana

  • they ALREADY did listen to its citezens and guess what? the VAST MAJORITY of Americans DONT want marijuana legalized. Even in the most liberal hippy state of California where prop 19 FAILED. So dont act like everyone is supporting your wasted pot smoking loser life!

  • Comment removed

  • @KripDrip The vast majority also put bush in office for two terms. The vast majority also voted for Obama. Case in point. Just because the vast majority voted for something doesn't mean that are the wisest majority. Obviously you're living proof of how idiotic America really is...

  • @Tonesyxx correction: Just because the vast majority voted for something doesn't mean that they're the wisest majority.

  • @MrWhosebabyisthis you had your chance loser,prop 19 failed,accept defeat.

  • Oh damn, butt rape.

  • There would be no drug 'war' if there were no drug users. Hey!

  • i gota say this war is very interesting the goverment attacks it the way it knows best manipulation, fear, pain, murder and we well im assuming we fight the never ending fight with truth in a way its a battle of conversion and Cannabis is slowly winning but as is Kaneh Bosm is our symbiote in this war we keep it from extinction and it offers us the amazing ability to get higher than ever and it pays our bills remember we cant win this war with hatred and violence its a war of conversion

  • Comment removed

  • PEOPLE EED TO PASS THIS VIDEOS AROUND ITS BEEN ILEGAL FOR TOO LONG

  • FUCK THE GOVERMENT..

• @KripDrip I know successful alcoholics and I know unsuccessful alcoholics. What's your point?

Criminalizing anything gives it a negative connotation.

What math are you talking about?

  • @KripDrip i think they shuld legalize it for its beneficial purpuses like making clothes paper n shit like that but also to smoke it c :P its just good all around

  • When people speak of the evil and tyranny of big government, this is what they're talking about. We need to band together and fight these evil bastards, in all states, in all countries. Lets end this senseless war on the people.

• @KripDrip interesting point, some carcinogens are in both, but guess what, i've never met anyone who smokes more joints a day than cigarettes, so what the hell, marijauna helped me lose 85 lbs, you'll call me a liar, but when i smoke, i don't get lazy, i want to go outside and play! i'm not saying its for everyone, but you are saying its for no one man.

  • @RapedByRepublicans not only just smoked more cigarettes, i've never met anybody that has gotten hooked up to a oxygen tank just to live nor gotten any cigarette related lung diseases.

  • @KripDrip To answer your question Mr. Drip, we fight to get it legalized because it should be legalized. If marijuana being a drug is your argument the read the following: 1. duh and 2. so is coffee, any form of over-the-counter or doctor prescribed medication. Some people choose to use drugs for recreational purposes, the problem is that safe ones are not legal. Your unsuccessful friends probably weren't going to do much anyway; some people are naturally apathetic. Do your research, seriously.

  • i have so many marijuana charges my rap sheet is high...and im puffin right now...you can never TAKE my SMOKE!!! best, cheapest, safest anti-depressant and tha earth gave it to us as a gift...so as long as there is a sun & water...THERE WILL BE WEEDSMOKE!

  • the war on drugs is a huge joke to american society i would say intelligence...but the overall intelligence level of the average american is embarassingly low...the war on terrorism is simply aninsult to all americans open your eyes sheeple!! the war on drugs shoudl be directed towards the pharamceutical companies if anything they can prescribe you oxycontin but there focus is on mainlyy marijuana it makes the dea an average of 80% of there busts there supplying the coke and generated the crack

  • One of the reasons why we have over a million Inmates in the american Prison System and its overcrowded is because we arrest people that are no threat to anyone other then perhaps themselves.

We also arrest people and spend resources fighting things that are Illegal like Marijuana that is similar or no more harmful then Alcohol and Tobacco which are currently Legal but Regulated in America. One reason why we should Legalize with Regulation Marijuana in America.

  • that intelligent fella is a good rep for marijuana users haha.

  • Can we honestly say heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, etc. abuse is THE result of cannabis use? In contrary, I would argue there are many other profound influences (pardon the pun) at work here, be it social and/or psychological an individual may succumb to. A hard drug user is going to use with or without the use of cannabis. I feel this young lady has been robbed of her chance to receive financial aid because of the PERCEPTION that she is a criminal.

  • Amsterdam Baby

  • Oh my lord...free these innocent people! For god's sake, legalize marijuana!!

  • Thumbs Up if you go to Penn State!!

  • Mrarches stfu. No one deserves to spend one second in jail bc they want to smoke. It is a victimless crime.

  • @mountainmanbear its certainly not victimless crime.marijuana smokers should be jailed for a few years as it is a big gateway drug.

  • @mrarches It most certainly not a gateway drug and the research proves it. I smoke, so does my wife, some family, many friends. None of us have ever done anything harder than weed. Please tell me how my smoking a joint every afternoon is harmful to anyone else. I m also a father and gave been happily married for 2 years, so again, how us smoking harmful to others.

  • @mrarches You obviously havnt tried it, if you did you would either like it or realize it isn't a big deal. It is the mildest drug you can do with the least amount of negative side effects. Weed has never been documented as a direct cause of death. You should focus your attention on alchohol, something that actually destroys lives on the daily.

  • @mountainmanbear who the f**k wants to be styoned as a passtime,i dont !

i have tried this shit in the past,it can be mentally addioctive, there are side effects, you are 1 person, everyone is not the same, just because it affects you a certain way, that dont mean ebveryone is like that .

to some people it is a gateway drug,do you think heroin addicts just wake up 1 day and think,'oh i think il try heroin today '?

no they start on a so called soft, harmless drug like marijuana, speed, alcohol.

  • @mrarches

Speed and alcohol are not soft drugs you fucking moron. Illegal weed = contact with drug dealers. Contact with dealers = contact with other drugs. Marijuana is LESS of a gateway drug in a legal state.

Prohibition does more harm than good. It's a fact. Now go to night class or something you illerate fucking cunt.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical they are soft drugs compared to heroin.

Fuck off with your contact with drug dealers shit,i have contact with dogs but it doesnt make me bark.

  • @mrarches

And Heroin is a soft drug compared to a lethal injection? No. Things are either soft drugs or not. That's S C I E N C E. Alcohol and amphetamines are not soft drugs.

And no, I won't 'fuck off' with my point because it is a very, very valid point you have nothing but a cheap comparison to offer up a rebuttal on. In fact your idiotic dog comparison destroyed your original point to begin with. You don't bark. Right. And pot smokers don't all move on to more drugs. Fucking moron.

  • @mrarches

Oh ... hold on, sorry ... only now have I looked at your profile. You are either a troll gimmick account trying to rile people up ... or someone who for some reason has made it a hobby to tell others what they can and cannot do and what they should and should not spend time in a cage for. Either way, that sucks.

I'll leave you be, kid. Make sure and go to bed real early tonight.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical im not trying to tell ANYONE not to smoke weed,i am against legalization and miss-information about marijuana.

In my spare time i do try to save the world.

  • @mrarches

It's 'misinformation', for the record. If you are going to save the world, could you at least properly use the fucking language you were raised it? It tends to get a little insulting when a misinformed douche wants to tell others 'I think you should not be legally allowed do what you like to do. But I should! LOLZ!'.

    Christ you ARE dumb.

  • @mrarches

Millions of people smoke and enjoy weed. They don't all fit your dumb stoner persona. Also, you are complaining that they put themselves above other people whilst simultaneously putting YOURSELF above them?

Then you make a riddiculos comment which you later delete about me having a weak argument even though I gave you plenty of arguments ... only half of which you responded to?

You really are a dumb motherfucker. I hate to sound so harsh but fuck. You sound like an uneducated hack.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical i deleated the comment because it was aimed at YOU only, you read it whats the point of leaving it up? thats another sign of a weak argument ,picking on my deleated posts???

i agree millions of saddos enjoy weed, who am i to tell them not to do it,i would never even try,but never legalize this shit,

  • @SpaceTasteMedical talkin of me removing comments ais a sure sign of a weak argument,i removed it after id sent it to the person iot was meant for , YOU.

  • @mrarches

I have offered you up about a dozen arguments. You have responded to virtually none of them. I have destroyed every argument you have given me. And yet I'm the one with the bad arguments?

How can ... what ... who ... argh! You really are a dumb motherfucker.

  • @mrarches

What is the main reason you are against legalization? Go on. Lay it on me. You just don't like stoners? I don't like drunks. But I'm not trying to get alcohol criminalized. Because I worry about my own health, my own interests, and nobody elses. And so should you. So do you think you could fuck off already?

  • @SpaceTasteMedical because stoners are the most boring people on earth who actually think they are the be all and end all of everything when they are stoned ,in reality they are inadequates.

  • @mrarches

So you are against legalization because you don't like stoners? You support your government pissing away millions of pounds of YOUR TAX MONEY to put non violent, harmless people in prison cells? Away from their faimly and friends? I take personal issue with that. To be honest you sound like a typical dumbass jock. And want to be tough guy who probably dislikes ALL minority groups and people who look different.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical they are not non violent, harmless, have yopu read the death threats on my comments page?

  • @mrarches

So a few death threats on your page represent the millions of weed smokers around the world? Are you high right now? Are you kidding me? Are you really this fucking stupid?

Was it bad parenting? A hit to the head? Did you get gang raped by the lads up the bum when you were a teen? Because I have never encountered such an illogical fuck in all my years.

Yeah dude, I'm sure those death threats were for real. Lock you door. The YouTubers are coming.

    Fucking douche.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical well,yes they do/

  • @SpaceTasteMedical yes,it represents marijuana smokers in general, they are generally an intolerant, violent, threatening bunch,or are you saying only the violent ones come on line?

  • @mrarches

Statistics, fuck monkey. I want you to back yo your claims with empirical evidence. Otherwise go back to uploading fag tastic martial arts videos with misleading titles, you fucking bonehead.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical go do your own research, talk about lazy pot heads.

  • @mrarches

    No evidence? That's a shame.

  • @SpaceTasteMedical its out there, google the haarms of marijuana and find it yourself.
