I can't seem to understand why the canadian citizens don't want to take part in missile defense. Its not like they will be paying more than $1 each for it through taxes. It's for DEFENSE of their own asses, not a placement of offensive weapons to kill people. Missile defense works (but not against an all-out attack by the russians obviously). GBI is not Star Wars!
