@africanbully If youve ever been to prison there is a reason for everything..An illegal electrical device if used improperly can not only burn the inmate but the gallery as well..It is a fire risk for everyone on that tier..Sure, in the street there is nothing wrong with a little hot soup..and now-a-days inmates can make soup or coffee in there hot pots..but like I said there is a reason behind everything when it comes to correctional facility rules..
