@Fedebymak with a normal wheel it wont spin round like that. Best to find a cheap g25 on ebay or G27 which has 900 degrees of rotation. Your wheel is perfect for Formula 1 racing. Try rFactor, its an awesome F1 simulator

@markasTM 2 pedals can mean either sequential manual or automatic. Cars like Formula One cars use sequential manual so there is no need for a clutch pedal.
@markasTM G25 and G27 come standard with 3 pedals. Only the el cheapo steering wheels have two pedals but they are perfect for Formula 1 simulators/games because theres no need for a clutch as @thisisbadstuff suggested. Also you dont need 900 degrees of rotation in F1. You only need that for drifting to improve realism.

@surryj only if you want it to. You can set the strength as to how hard it fights back. I set it to 15 percent as 100 percent makes me sweat when Im drifting.
@T0BBi94 yes you can play on one monitor. Set up your display properties as dual screen independant of each other. When you play LFS dont play in full screen, play in window mode (I think Shift + f4 toggles this) and set the resolution to match the resolution of one of your screens. Then LFS runs in a window like Internet Explorer etc etc and you can have your porn on the other screen. Watching Porn and drifting at the same time improves your drifting skills.

@dilirent My 300c is my first RWD car and because I know how heavy footed I can get I thought I better get something to train me off road rather than learn on road. Im a very fussy person when it comes to simulators and only like to drive in simulators that imitate real life driving and out of all race games/simulators Ive played (and I have played them all), when it comes to Drifting, LFS is second to none.

If u guys want the same sound look up lfsmods in google and look for the aero sound mod. The blow off sounds are also on the site. I'm not allowed to give u link as this is how u get ur lfs account banned but if u search google for lfsmods it will take u to the appropriate site.
@MCgangsta11 I think I know what you did, you must of overwritten the sound file for your dump valve so even if you try increase volume theres no dump valve sound. You have to be careful not to press the Dot as this will choose a different file. YOu might need to reinstall LFS if you dont have a backup of your sound file.
@bradskaallama I was thinking of that but I dont want a big monitor, I need a wide one. The only wide one that would be perfect is the Alienware superwide screen but I dont know where to buy it from.

@guitarnoob349 Pentium 4, 1GB Ram, Windows XP. I dont play any hardware intensive games on my pc, I play games that focus more on realism which usually means they sacrifice graphics for the more important things. Just wish someone made a game with awesome graphics and awesome car physics then id consider upgrading. For now theres no games out there worth upgrading my pc for. I use my PS3 for system hungry games.
@ohnoes300c You must be referring to Prologue, cause Gran Turismo 5 hasn't been released yet. They said "By the end of this year" but its been delayed SOOOO many times, who really knows =/
@bigpoppa611 Yea gt prologue but the car physics between gt5 and pro will hardly change because they use one formula to determine how the car behaves. g27 + LFS is closer to realism than gran turismo. The way the car accelerates, handles and the sound of the engine at different gears simulates a real car. The only area gran turismo is better is the graphics. When I get gt5 I'll post up a vid of why lfs is better in terms of car physics.
@ohnoes300c I've never played LFS but it looks like the cars handle insanely realistic. Let me know if/when you get that comparison video up I'm interested in seeing it.
@ohnoes300c Yeah, you're right. lfs is more true to life than gt5.. Like gt5 is great, about 95% real. I remember learning that mr2's were tail happy in gt2, and it possibly prevented a crash or two later on in my real mr2.. accurate physics, but you can still feel the compromise for being on a console.. LFS's physics model however is much closer to 100% real!!! and it's so gorgeously detailed and accurate.. Everyone that loves cars should try it, download the demo or whatever.
@bliglum You are exactly right. My 300c is my first RWD car. I lost it in the wet at 100km/hr full sideways facing the barrier and if it wasn't for the practice in LFS I would of paniced and totaled my car. GT2 taught me pulse throttle and braking control which I later used to avoid a fatal accident in my teens. Car pulled out I stomped on brakes skidded then gt2 skills kicked in, released brake, turned, downshifted and accelerated round him and was calm as hell.
@MattB613 you can have my 19s if you want. Im still deciding if im going to go triple screen or 1 big screen. If I decide to go to the big screen route (55inch) you can have both my Dell 19inch screens. You just have to pay for postage and handling. Only if I decide to go big screen. Im still considering triple screen cause the reso is better especially with eyefinity.

@bradskaallama I was thinking of that but I dont want a big monitor, I need a wide one. The only wide one that would be perfect is the Alienware superwide screen but I dont know where to buy it from.

@bradskaallama lol I ended up buying a 24 inch LED HDMI screen to go with the PS3 I finally got round to buying. Havent tested it out on LFS yet cause Im a bit hooked on NFS Shift Online atm. Its hell fun lol.

@adriel450 I hadnt played in a long time cause I gave my G25 away. This video was made just to show what the G27 was like with a few different games. Im kinda hooked on NFS shift online on my ps3 now lol.

@guitarnoob349 Pentium 4, 1GB Ram, Windows XP. I dont play any hardware intensive games on my pc, I play games that focus more on realism which usually means they sacrifice graphics for the more important things. Just wish someone made a game with awesome graphics and awesome car physics then id consider upgrading. For now theres no games out there worth upgrading my pc for. I use my PS3 for system hungry games.

@ohnoes300c You must be referring to Prologue, cause Gran Turismo 5 hasn't been released yet. They said "By the end of this year" but its been delayed SOOOO many times, who really knows =/

@bigpoppa611 Yea gt prologue but the car physics between gt5 and pro will hardly change because they use one formula to determine how the car behaves. g27 + LFS is closer to realism than gran turismo. The way the car accelerates, handles and the sound of the engine at different gears simulates a real car. The only area gran turismo is better is the graphics. When I get gt5 I'll post up a vid of why lfs is better in terms of car physics.

@cheezkid you should try playing LFS. The car physics are amazing. Feels so realistic. The car behaves as it should.

@ohnoes300c Yeah, you're right. lfs is more true to life than gt5.. Like gt5 is great, about 95% real. I remember learning that mr2's were tail happy in gt2, and it possibly prevented a crash or two later on in my real mr2.. accurate physics, but you can still feel the compromise for being on a console.. LFS's physics model however is much closer to 100% real!!! and it's so gorgeously detailed and accurate.. Everyone that loves cars should try it, download the demo or whatever.

@bliglum You are exactly right. My 300c is my first RWD car. I lost it in the wet at 100km/hr full sideways facing the barrier and if it wasn't for the practice in LFS I would of paniced and totaled my car. GT2 taught me pulse throttle and braking control which I later used to avoid a fatal accident in my teens. Car pulled out I stomped on brakes skidded then gt2 skills kicked in, released brake, turned, downshifted and accelerated round him and was calm as hell.

@MattB613 you can have my 19s if you want. Im still deciding if im going to go triple screen or 1 big screen. If I decide to go to the big screen route (55inch) you can have both my Dell 19inch screens. You just have to pay for postage and handling. Only if I decide to go big screen. Im still considering triple screen cause the reso is better especially with eyefinity.
