thanks a lot it sounds sick the only thing is that the combinator loads but wont play when i load it into a new song. its wired into the mixer its not muted and it recognizes that im playing a note on the keyboard but theres still not sound help?

Before I ask, I must say I love the tutorial (s) they have really helped me get a good start on reason, I was just wondering though, Is it me or does the song sound different at the start of the video to when you finished making it in the video, It sounds a little darker, do you know what I would have to experiment with to get that sort of sound...

I'm not dissing you at all, but just as a tip: Make sure your notes are the same as the song you're 'recreating'. YES, these notes are wrong. Close, but wrong. Just listen closely. I know you were just trying to show the synth, but having the correct notes adds to the instructional. Good tutorial, nonetheless :) Cheers!

I did everything in this Video, and did the video for the Bodyrox synth. And the outcome didn't turn out as this. I followed everything. The pumpkin synth turned out really low and it doesnt release. Could you possibly help?

@khrisCRISIS when you open up the synth ricght click and choose "initialize patch"

that way you start with a blank slate rather than making mods to a finished patch.

Brilliant tip, having loads of fun using this effect so cheers!!, just wondering if you know why the bassline doesnt "cancel out" when the pitch of the bassline is high?, when it gets above c4-c5 the cut out effect doesnt work? it does this on the satisfaction and the "dirty electro" basslines too. is there anything i need to tweak when using higher notes alongside the similar notes of the original tunes?

The job that the spider does with the beat from the redrum, it sort of cancels out the bassline when the beat hits? its just when I have used a higher tone on the bassline, it doesnt cancel out that bit and goues loud again as if I have muted the single redrum bass drum like on your demo? I hope this makes sense! ;)
