@bridgingheaven -I've been listening to jo now for a couple of months on a daily basis. She's truly exceptional. I love her straightforward teachings, right from the heart. A real blessing. Yup will subscribe. and btw: I agree with you that it doesn't matter where you put your attention to become quiet. It can be pointed on the right big toe. Whatever WORKS!

Wow, this lady is fascinating!! but my god, how awful, getting shot along with her friend during a home invasion. I still don't know what she meant by saying that you don't need to set aside some time to meditate in order to open your spiritual gifts. I've heard other mytaphysical teachers say things like this but the fact is that nearly all of them had been meditating for years prior to the realization of their spiritual gifts.

That is so true! After meditating for years, now I feel I don't need to as meditating can come with clarity, but partial clarity came with lots of working on self in my case ;)

It has always been open, but I have fear from seeing what I don't want to see. For me, seeing is not important ..it is feeling peace and compassion at all times which is happenin much more so than it ever did.
