@raphee13 the teen choice awards for this year isnt until August 8. It'll be on TV on August 9 though. Just go to the teen choice awards page. (I can't send a link so just google it up) then sign up for an account. Make sure your birth year is put to a year that would mean your a teen or else you can't vote. Then after making an account, under the vote section, press OTHER, then on that page you should find the category 'Choice American Alum'. and remember to vote everyday!!

the sometimes-disappearance of kelly's texan accent IS accidental. she still has it on and off, depending on if she has just come back from a long break from texas/home, or if she has been on the road performing and touring. being at home will cause her accent to come back because of the texas influence. being on the road makes it disappear cuz she hangs around ppl (i.e. her bandmates) and talks to interviewers who don't have the texan accent & is influenced that way. i think this is normal.

Um, okay. She still has that little accent. On her off time, she's in Texas. And it's 7 years going around the world. =/ It's pretty normal.

Don't see anything bad about that. I do love, though, how you think it was intentional that it was her choice to lose her accent especially when it is also that same choice that hasn't "compelled" her to live in LA but instead back in her home state. You must know her thought process better than the most of us
