And I'm sad because I've ALWAYS wanted a Shiny Victini, and only about a not too large ammount of soft resets later, 10,937 TO BE EXACT D:!!!! Two months of pain! It was then I was told by my friend it was impossible to get a legit shiny victini. Let's just say I broke my DS that day.

@REGlROCK Easy, download the ROM from either black or white, and use a program called VGMtrans on it. The program is a bit old though, so it tends to crash a lot.
